One of the most effective weight management strategy is to set a deadline for eating dinner, although experts have said that weight loss is more about what you eat than the time you eat them. Eating or snacking after dinner adds to extra amount of calories to your daily diet.

Eat Three Meals A Day

Food/diet is always a personal thing, for anyone who is watching or trying to lose weight eating 3 meals a day and allowing 4-6 hours between such meals is a good way to achieving your goal

 Avoid Eating Large Meals

Eating large meals is the fastest and easiest way to create leptin problem. It works against your goal of losing weight.

 Eat A Breakfast Containing Protein

A breakfast that's rich in protein can help you lose weight by keeping you full, satisfied and less likely to have a mid-morning crash. Foods that contain high protein take longer to leave the stomach, so they keep you full longer than other foods.

Reduce The Amount Of Carbohydrates Intake.

Eating  too many carbohydrate at once creates an abrupt increase in insulin resistance which is harmful to you body.
